We consider ourselves quite fortunate to have found Reza from Fast Rooter when we had no hot water on a Saturday morning. He arrived to save the day and while we had his attention we had him schedule to install a whole house water filtration system as well as new plumbing in our master bath. I had the opportunity to observe him and note the attention he paid to detail. The supplies (fittings) he used were all name brand and of the best quality. He was an educator as well who enjoyed explaining what he was doing and why. Dealing with the sole proprietor is the only way to go: he has a sense of pride in the work that has his name on it and if there is ever a concern, he is the one to speak with. Great service and pleasant person to have working in our home. Five stars +!

Reza returned our call on Christmas Day and as our issue was not an emergency, he agreed to come out the day after Christmas. He showed up right on time, and quickly ascertained our issue and resolved it. We had this issue before and used another big name plumbing company, and they charged twice as much to resolve the same issue. Sprung a leak from kitchen sink faucet and had to shut sown the water line. This means the matter was urgent and had to be dealt with right away. I contacted couple of plumbers and Reza was very prompt and showed up within an hour. He pinpointed the issue and advised me to change the faucet. was very patient when I wanted to discuss cheaper options and even came to home depot with me to help me select a more economical option and fixed it right away. From leak detection to new faucet installed it was about 2 hrs total and best of all I was happy to have found a guy who would listen, give honest advice and do the best job possible.

I am absolutely delighted with the work done by Fast Rooter. Reza answered his phone immediately and came by right away. What first looked to me to be a clogged drain beyond my skill level turned out to be caused by serious issues underneath. Reza's skill and experience was on display as he predicted, and then confirmed, that both my current clog and longstanding maintenance challenges were due to out-of-code fittings. Even though the fix turned out to be much more complicated, Reza kept at it until our drains were good as new. While doing the work, he pointed out other issues like leaky valves and a problem with the sealing around a pipe coming into the home for me to keep an eye on. He even added a port to make cleaning the new pipe much easier than before. I never hired a plumber before - everything up to this point I've DIY'd. I picked Fast Rooter due to reviews highlighting skill and quick response. Reza surpassed my expectations & I now know for sure who I'll call next time I have an issue!

Excellent plumber! True to his company name Reza arrived within 10 minutes of my call while promising a free estimate (none of the other plumbers ever give a free estimate). He quoted a final price for the repair which was completely reasonable and had my tankless heater up and running within an hour. Highly Recommended!

I had a clogged sewer issue overnight that turned into a big problem in the morning. Reza from Fast Rooter was able to meet me the same day I reached out to him, where several of the big, local chains were not available to help. Reza was thorough and methodical in identifying the problems, and provided a short-term fix, as well as, longer term solutions. As the day went by the scale of the problem and the complexity of the fix skyrocketed, however at no point did Reza give up or not have a plan of how to progress forward. One of the major things that Reza brought to the table was when we needed specialized people or equipment for one step in the repairs, he had someone who could be there on the same day, which likely saved us 1-2 days getting this issue fixed, which was invaluable given how disruptive it can be to not have a working sewer. When it was all said and done, Reza had been at our place for something over 10 hours, doing multiple repairs and bringing in two different specialists, was able to get the issue resolved on the same day and did nothing but top quality work. We couldn't have asked for more!

I called fast rooter They show up fast. they start to snake my main sewer line after they clean the line they scope, the line and they told me I have a roots inside the line and it was a broken pipe as well. we decide to excavate outside to fix that section they did their job.
